La casa è ubicata in un tranquillo quartiere, su una stradina di 200 metri dal mare, in località Alcamo Marina, distante 4 km circa dal capoluogo comunale di Alcamo, Balestrate e Castellammare del Golfo. E’ situata al centro del Golfo di Castellammare, caratterizzata da una grande spiaggia di sabbia dorata (lunga circa 7 km), considerata tra le più belle d’Italia, sia per estensione che per la qualità della sabbia.
