The house is a penthouse located in a quiet neighborhood, on a narrow street 200 meters from the sea, in Alcamo Marina, about 4 km from the municipal capitals of Alcamo, Balestrate, and Castellammare del Golfo. It is located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare, characterized by a large golden sandy beach (about 7 km long), considered among the most beautiful in Italy, both for its size and the quality of its sand.
