Description
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a small road 150 meters from the sea, in Alcamo Marina, approximately 4 km away from the municipal capital of Alcamo, Balestrate and Castellammare del Golfo. It is located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare, characterized by a large beach of golden sand (about 7 km long), considered among the most beautiful in Italy, both in terms of extension and quality of the sand.
